Travel day to Riviera Maya. You will be flying into the Cancun airport, located approximately one hour from the resort.

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Miro sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.

Your all-inclusive package begins with lunch on your arrival day.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
• Reminder: complimentary water sports (kayaks & SUPs) are available for guests at the beach every day from 9:00am-4:00pm.

• We highly recommend downloading the Unico app (search 'RCD Hotel') in the app store. In this app you can also choose from the Pillow Menu, Wake Up calls, and really anything you need before or after your stay!  And you can even personalize for minibar, all included complimentary.

Monday 4/7/2025

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at both Mi Carisa and 2087 Restaurant from 7:00 - 11:00am. Inez Cafe has fresh juices, coffee, tea, and baked goods in the morning, while the menu transitions to sandwiches, paninis, and meal-sized salads for lunch and dinner.  Cafe Inez is open from 6:00am - 11:00pm.

10:00am-12:00pm - Drop by the beach anytime this morning, to say hello to some new and familiar faces. We will also have some surprises for you!

12:00pm onwards - Meet up at the Miro Headquarters - This afternoon, feel free to stop by the Miro Cabanas to network with your co-workers and enjoy the afternoon in the pool! Miro will have pool side Cabana #760 and 761 for those looking to socialize with co-workers. This is not required rather just a meet up point for the afternoon! The cabanas are located at the 20°87° Pool where there is a live DJ from 1:00-5:00pm.  There will also be pool volleyball during this time and pool basketball available next to the cabanas. 

There are 3 pools on property, for those looking for a more mellow experience we recommend La Escondida pool.  Here guests can experience a true sense of escape, with supremely mellow music and comfy seating. The water temperature in this pool is a bit more refreshing, and features a hydro pool. Finally if you want to watch the action but not be in the center of it we recommend the third pool, La UNICA Pool.  This pool is large and lively—a place to socialize and hang out with a drink or two. Its sophisticated dark blue color provides a warmer water temperature.

6:00 - 7:00pm - Miro Cocktail Hour. Please join us for a group Cocktail Hour at the Palmera Lounge to kick off the week. Light appetizers and Drinks will be served. The Palmera Lounge is located in the main building, down at the end of the restaurant hallway.

7:30 - 9:00pm - Open Dinner Sign Ups. Tonight you will enjoy small group dinners with co-workers at the restaurants at UNICO2087. Reservations will be at 7:30pm spread across the four restaurants on site. 

For those looking for an evening nightcap, please join us in the Palmera Lounge .  There's a great outdoor terrace with bar located off Palmera Lounge with music and dancing. The lounge is open until midnight.

A fully-equipped hydrotherapy facility and a wide variety of natural ingredients help create an immersive relaxing environment. Please check your personalized itinerary for your appointment time.

Cenote Tour - Get dropped off deep within the Mayan jungle and visit a breathtaking Cenote.  More details on the departure time to follow!

Tulum Tour - Experience the wonder of the ancient city of Tulum with our knowledgeable guides who, through colorful stories, will help you feel as if you are standing in Tulum in the 13th century. Check out the activities page for more details. More details on the departure time to follow!

Catamaran Snorkel - Enjoy some time on the beautiful waters of Cancun for a sail and snorkel. More details on the departure time to follow!

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for another activity/tour offered by the resort!

Afternoon at Leisure!

Miro Cabana Headquarters - After your morning activity, feel free to stop by the Miro Cabanas to network with your co-workers and enjoy the afternoon in the pool! Miro will have pool side Cabana #760 and 761 for those looking to socialize with co-workers. This is not required rather just a meet up point for the afternoon! The cabanas are located at the 20°87° Pool. Today, there will also be water polo during this time and pool basketball available next to the cabanas. The cabanas will be available beginning at 12:00PM.

Please check your Trip Plans individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time. 

Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Miro will be covering all room charges and the one chosen activity for you and your guest. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.

Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
