There is no set schedule for the Sunday & Thursday so please feel free to arrive/depart at any time on those days.

4 nights, 5 days

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

Yes - however, they must be over the age of 21.

[fa icon="plus-square"] In addition to my guest, can I bring my children to the event?

- The hotel is a 18+ only hotel to optimize the experience for all attendees, based on learnings from previous events. Because RevClub is held at an all-inclusive resort, Mironeers & their plus ones need to be staying at the property to attend the receptions planned during the event.

- If attendees want to bring their children, the Mironeer would pay 100% for all flights, additional hotel room nights at another property, food etc. Only the Mironeer and +1 would be invited to all Miro events (assuming they are staying on the property). Children will not be allowed to attend Miro-sponsored events/activities during the trip.

- Note - no exceptions to the hotel policy allowing only adults aged 18+ on premises will be granted.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received and flights booked by April 10, 2026. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the June trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to book my own hotel?

No, the hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room. Your check-in date is Sunday, June 7th and your check-out date is Thursday, June 11th.

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to select the bedding type for your room (Queen/King vs 2 beds). Please note that this is NOT GUARANTEED rather based upon availability at the resort.

The high temperatures in Punta Cana on average in June is between 84°F-86°F. 

A few other helpful items to bring:

  • Valid Passport - your passport must be valid 6 months after your departure date for those attending from the US. *Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
  • A Credit Card will be required at the time of check in for incidentals
  • Resort Casual attire
  • Bathing Suit
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Active Wear for those looking to use the resorts fitness center

For those attending from Europe, a plug adapter for the Dominican Republic which has which has two flat parallel pins.

In case your mobile phone data does not work you may want to look at using something like Airalo for data (this will be at your own expense)

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to resort details to airport transfer information! You will receive an invitation to your personalized itinerary on the app one month prior to the event.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What time is hotel check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 4:00 PM. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Check out is at 11:00 AM.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to book my own flights?

Yes, your registration email will contain a Navan flight booking link. You will be able to use this link for yourself and your +1. Everyone MUST book via the Navan link by Friday 24th April.

Note, we’ve allowed for +/- 2 weeks on either side of the trip automatically within the Navan system, in case you wish to arrive or depart earlier or later.

You will be able to fly in/out of Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) only.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Which flight class can I travel?
We request that all travelers, regardless of hub origin, to travel Economy class. There will be no option for Premium Economy class via Navan. Please note to book Economy non-refundable and not Basic Economy (particularly if you plan on upgrading your flight at your own expense).
[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

For hotel extension requests please email info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com, there is a discounted group rate. Please note that availability for extensions are limited and the group rate is honored for three nights prior to the start of Rev Club and three nights after Rev Club concludes. Additional nights are to be covered at your own cost and not at the cost of Miro.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your hotel extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be your responsibility to cover the cost of financially.

For flight extensions, we’ve allowed for +/- 2 weeks on either side of the trip automatically within the Navan system, in case you wish to arrive or depart earlier or later. You will be able to fly in/out of Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) only.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Punta Cana?

Yes. When you arrive to PUJ airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Miro sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival (Sunday 7th June) and departure date (Thursday 11th June). If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.

For your transfer from the W Punta Cana to the Punta Cana airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. The pick up time will be listed in your personalized Trip Plans itinerary 2 weeks prior to the event.

All inclusive means not having to worry about the details. here's a list of everything that will be included in your stay.

  • All meals included buffet or a la carte, in the different restaurants and snack areas of the Resort.
  • Unlimited Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bar during Restaurant and Bar hours.

Your all-inclusive package begins with LUNCH on the day of arrival and ends with BREAKFAST on the day of departure.
[fa icon="plus-square"] What if I need a visa?

You will follow the typical process to get a visa to travel to the event. Miro will cover the cost, however, you are responsible for getting your travel documents in order. If you have any questions or face any issues with getting a visa, please open a ticket through the People Portal for assistance.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What if I’m invited, but can’t make the event?

We hope you will be able to join us. This is a one-time event. If you can’t make it, there will be no make-up or cash option instead.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What about tax implications for employees invited to the trip?

Employees will not be liable to pay taxes on this trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What if I am no longer employed by Miro at the time of the trip, but qualified to attend?

You are no longer eligible as you must be employed at Miro at the time of the event in order to attend.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense during the trip?

The hotel is all inclusive, so all food & drink will be provided.

Only the following may be expensed on your Navan credit card;

  • Meals whilst travelling on arrival and departure day only (100 USD per day)
  • Your transportation from home to the airport & airport to home (up to 150 USD total per Miro employee - this is for you and your guest)
  • Visa costs

Miro's BTA insurance, provided through AIG, extends coverage to an employee's spouse and dependents who accompany the employee on an eligible business trip. For the RevClub trip, the +1s (whether they are friends, family members, partners, or spouses) are covered under the travel insurance for the business part of the trip.

However, if attendees extend their stay for PTO, the insurance coverage will only apply to the business part of the trip and not the extended PTO.
