Travel day to Punta Cana (please use the Punta Cana airport PUJ for flight booking).
*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. We have requested early check-in but it is not guaranteed. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!
Upon arrival in Punta Cana, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Miro sign for your transfer to the hotel. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Trip Plans individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport.
Your all-inclusive package begins with lunch on your arrival day.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.
- Reminder: The gym is open 24/7 as a space to change clothes in their locker rooms prior to your room being ready.

10:00am - Miro Business Meeting. This meeting is mandatory for all employees. Guest's are on their own this morning. More details to follow.
Today is all yours to rest and relax! Head down to the beachfront or lounge around the chill pool! For those looking for recommendations on additional things to do around the hotel in the local area, click here.
6:00-7:00pm - Welcome Cocktail Hour - Join us on the Satsuma Rooftop for a welcome cocktail hour to kick off a great few days in paradise! Light appetizers and drinks will be served.
7:30 - 9:00pm - Miro Small Group Dinners - Immediately following the cocktail hour, we will be hosting small group dinners at the restaurants on property. Your assigned table and restaurant will be available in your Trip Plans itinerary 2 weeks prior to the event.
For those looking for an evening nightcap, please join us in the Plaza Bar, open late night signature cocktails.

In your registration form, you signed up for one of the following activities:
Spa Service - We recommend arriving one hour before at the spa, to enjoy the hydrotherapy experience included with your service; sauna, jacuzzi, steam and ice room (ladies & gentleman in separate areas). Or at least 20 minutes before for check in, please don't forget to bring your swimming suit. Please check your personalized itinerary for your appointment time.
Catamaran Snorkel - Enjoy some time on the beautiful waters of Punta Cana for a sail and snorkel. More details on the departure time to follow!
Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for another activity/tour offered by the resort!

Today is a free day to explore the resort's amenities, beautiful beachfront, and one of the breathtaking pools on site. A reminder recreational classes, non-motorized water sports, and all exercise facilities are included in your stay!

Remember:
- The resort is fully all-inclusive so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks are included!
- The pools have full drink and food service throughout the day.

Miro will be providing group transport to the airport for those departing today. Please check your individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Miro will be covering all room charges on event dates as well as the selected activity for you and your guest. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
